Consent:  By submitting an order through the our web site, you are consenting to the collection and private use of your information by RazorsDirect.com.  We may use this information to contact you, for instance, to provide an order status, special offers or shipping information.  Your information may also be provided to a third party for order & payment processing as well as fulfillment.   Your information will not be provided to a third party for the purposes of solicitation.

Shipping: 

RazorsDirect.com ships most orders through the U.S. Postal Service.  Standard shipping via first class mail is Free to all U.S. locations and includes delivery confirmation service on bulk orders.   Rush and Expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge.  Orders are typically shipped the next business day, Monday thru Friday.

RazorsDirect.com now ships worldwide.  We fulfill all orders to the U.S. and Canada, while international orders are fulfilled through a strategic partnership with Bongo International.  For international orders, simply select your country during the checkout process and you will be guided through our international checkout process.    We are also proud to support our troops by providing free shipping to APO addresses.  

Your order will typically be shipped within 48 hours of receipt.  On bulk orders or at our discretion, we will purchase delivery confirmation service from the USPS or ship via another carrier.  We reserve the right to require signature confirmation on any order or to refuse orders that are not being shipped to a confirmed billing address.  Our obligation is considered filled once the order is confirmed as delivered by the USPS or alternative carrier.  In addition, we are not responsible for missing orders if an incorrect shipping address is provided. Any missing shipments must be reported within 30 days of the order date.   

International Shipping: RazorsDirect.com ships international orders through a strategic partnership with UPS.  Customers placing an international order must agree to the pay for shipping costs presented during the international checkout process along with duties that may be collected at the time your package is delivered. Failure to pay duties may result in the package being discarded by the carrier in your country and the customer would assume a complete loss in that case 

Pricing:  We pride ourselves on offering you the lowest possible prices on our products.  The prices offered on our web site are subject to change at any time and may fluctuate based on market conditions.  Modified or sale prices may not be applied to previous orders.
